What 'guarantee' really refers to
In TEFL marketing, a pass guarantee almost always describes a support and resit policy: if you don't pass the final assessment first time, the provider gives you feedback and lets you try again, sometimes within a set number of attempts or a set time window. It is not a claim that everyone passes no matter what.
This is a genuinely useful feature for a lot of people, especially if English grammar terminology feels rusty or you're nervous about assessments — it just isn't the unconditional promise the phrase can sound like at first glance.
