Terms and conditions
These terms explain what 60daytefl provides, what it does not provide, and the rules that apply when you use this website or follow a course-provider link.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of 60daytefl.com, operated by 60daytefl. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Questions can be sent to hello@60daytefl.com.
2. Information, not professional advice
The website provides general educational information about TEFL courses, teaching markets, documents, applications, and travel planning. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, career, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your circumstances.
Visa, hiring, qualification, salary, and entry rules change and can depend on your passport, age, degree, documents, employer, and destination. Confirm current requirements with the relevant embassy, immigration authority, employer, course provider, and vacancy before spending money, resigning, or travelling.
3. No school, recruitment, or guarantee
60daytefl is an independent guide and affiliate publisher. We are not a TEFL school, recruiter, employer, immigration adviser, or travel agent. We do not award certificates, assess coursework, place teachers, sponsor visas, arrange travel, or make employment decisions.
We do not guarantee admission, completion within 60 days, a passing result, certificate acceptance, an interview, a job, a visa, a stated salary, or any travel outcome. Timelines and pay ranges are illustrations based on typical routes and may not apply to you.
4. Affiliate relationships and discount codes
Some links are affiliate or referral links. We may receive a commission or other benefit if you follow a link or make a purchase. This supports the website and does not remove your responsibility to compare the provider, course, price, accreditation claims, refund policy, and suitability before buying.
Discount codes, prices, promotions, course features, accreditation descriptions, and provider availability can change or expire without notice. A code displayed on this website is not a promise that a provider will accept it. The provider's checkout price and terms control your purchase.
5. Third-party websites and purchases
Links to TEFL UK, The TEFL Academy, embassies, employers, or other external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, products, services, or decisions.
Any purchase or agreement is directly between you and the third party. Questions about payment, cancellation, refunds, course access, assessment, certification, or support must be handled under that provider's terms and consumer rights.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
- → Use the website only for lawful personal or informational purposes.
- → Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape at a level that disrupts the service, impersonate another person, or use the content to mislead others.
- → Unless otherwise stated, the website's original writing, branding, layout, and graphics belong to 60daytefl. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with clear attribution, but you may not republish substantial content or use the branding commercially without written permission.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the website useful, accurate, and available, but content may contain errors or become outdated and access may be interrupted. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove content without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, 60daytefl is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general information, external websites, provider decisions, job applications, visa outcomes, or travel choices. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Changes, severability, and governing law
We may revise these terms when the website, commercial relationships, or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. If one part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim in another part of the United Kingdom or your home country.
